Our refund policy lasts 30 days. Within these 30 days you should notify us of any problems you encounter with your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 14 days after your refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To be eligible for a refund, you should notify us within 30 days of your purchase and meet one of the following conditions:
- you haven’t been able to download the arrangement you bought and after mentioning this to us, you haven’t received the file(s) you are entitled to within 14 days after your notification.
- the downloaded files are corrupt and you haven’t received the file(s) you are entitled to within 14 days after your notification.
- the downloaded files aren’t of the arrangement you bought and you haven’t received the file(s) you are entitled to within 14 days after your notification.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
